All goods excluding made to order items are usually dispatched within 48 hours. (next working day)
Delivery is by Royal Mail Parcel Service for most small orders and takes 3 to 5 days.
Larger orders including most splashback panels are sent by Parcelforce 48 or DHL courier.
Please note items sent by parcelforce or courier will require a signature on arrival so please supply an address where someone will be in to receive the package. If you require delivery to an alternate address or on a Saturday please email of phone before you order and this can be arranged.
Guarantee and Returns.
If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with any product you buy from me you can return the item/s within 14 days for a full refund provided they returned in their original condition.
(Excludes all made to order items and return postage costs.)

Splashback panels are available in any size* made to order.
Our splashbacks are made using the highest quality 304 grade brushed stainless steel from Finland.
They are designed for easy fitting to most surfaces with impact adhesive or “No Nails” type builders adhesive. Self adhesive backing is also available for some surfaces - please ask for details.
Fixing holes can be added at the customers request.
Larger holes and cut-outs (for plug sockets etc) can also usually be added at no extra cost.
The delivery time for most made to order splashbacks is usually 3 to 4 working days.
*My maximum sheet size is 2000mm x 1000mm however anything over 1200mm x 1000mm can not be sent by courier (only at astronomical cost!) so would have to be collected direct from the factory . Or I can delivery locally within the East Midlands.

We no longer make 4mm and 8mm thick splashback panels as the stainless steel wall tiles are now the main focus of our business. We still make 1mm thick splashbacks as above and would be more than happy to give you a competitive quote.
