Terms and Delivery.
All goods that are indicated as in stock are dispatched the next working day.
Orders over £75 are sent by Parcelforce or DHL 48 hour courier.
Smaller orders and tile samples are sent by 1st class Royal Mail.
Please note items sent by parcelforce or courier will require a signature on arrival so please supply an address where someone will be in to receive the package.
If you require delivery on a certain day or to an alternate address please ring or email before you order and this can be arranged.
Guarantee and Returns.
If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with any product you buy from me you can return the item/s within 14 days for a full refund provided they returned in their original condition.
(Excludes return postage costs.)
